Áron Juhász is a skilled leatherworker with a passion for handicrafts that began in his childhood. He taught himself leatherwork while studying agricultural and horticultural engineering and later trained at the Nádudvar Folk Handicrafts Vocational High School, where he became a skilled belt and saddle maker.
As an entrepreneur, Áron has continuously expanded his expertise, earning recognition for his work in folk leathercraft. His leather creations have earned numerous awards, including the Junior Prima Award and the Young Master of Folk Art award. Áron has also won prizes at national and regional exhibitions, showcasing his commitment to preserving and advancing Hungarian folk art.
With the support of the Tulipán Foundation, Áron studied the botanical motifs in Hungarian folk art and incorporated them into a new leatherwork project, focusing on four plants that play a significant role in Hungarian decorative art.
